On November 8, a delegation of Tongji University led by Prof. Fang Shouen presented itself at the Sino-Italian Innovation Forum in Rome, Italy. The Forum, co-organized by Ministry of Science and Technology of China and Department of Public Policy and Innovation of Italy, was one of the most influential activities of Chinese Culture Year in Italy.
