The Completion Ceremony of the “Carleton-Tongji Experience Course for Chinese Culture”, organized by the Chinese Culture Communication Center of Tongji University, took place in Zonghe Building on November 5th. About 30 students from the Carleton University of the U.S.A took the course. Prof. Wu Jiang, Vice President of Tongji University, and Prof. Zhao Qiguang, Director of the Chinese Culture Communication Center, attended the ceremony.

Carleton students gave a performance named “you are a song in my heart” in Chinese to express their thankfulness to the university. During their days in Shanghai, they’ve also visited shanghai EXPO, Shanghai Museum ,and site of the Chinese Communist Party’s First National Congress, etc, which giving them further understanding of Chinese temporary economic and culture development level.
