On October 30th, Prof. FANG Shou’en, Vice President of Tongji University, Prof. WU Zhiqiang, the Assistant President, Mr. Jean-François JANIN, General Engineer and Manager of the Intelligent Transport Systems Task Force in French Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Sea, and Mr. Guy LE Coz, Secretary General of Cotes d’Armor County Council of France held a meeting on Sino-French cooperation on “Smart City, Intelligent Transportation” in the framework of Research Institute for Global Changes of Tongji.

The two parties exchanged views on Sino-French cooperation model of building the Sino-French experts team and potential scientific research project.
