The 3rd International Forum “Cities and Sustainable Transports with High Level of Service & WCTRS’s green transport Shanghai conference” was held in the Sino-French Center of Tongji from September 11th to 13th, 2010. Over 200 participants attended the Forum.

The Executive Vice President of Tongji Prof. Li Yongsheng, the French Minister for transport Mr. Dominique Bussereau, Deputy-Director of Shanghai Transportation and Port-Management Bureau Mr. Wang Hongquan, addressed the opening ceremony. President of World Conference on Transport Research Society Mr. Anthony May, Directorate-General for Research of European Commission Mr. Frédéric Sgarbi, Director of Transportation Planning Institute of Ministry of Communication of China Mr. Li Xinghua, Deputy Mayor from City of Bordeaux Mrs. Elisabeth Touton also delivered keynote speeches during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, Vice President of Tongji University Prof. Fang Shou’en and Mr. Dominique Bussereau attended the press release for both Chinese and French Press.
