On September 4th, Anni Sinnemäki, Minister of Finnish Labor Ministry, led a delegation from ministries of labor, employment and economic to visit Tongji University. Our president Pei Gang, Party Secretary Li Xin met with the guests at Tongji – Aalto Design Factory of Sino-Finland Center.

Our professor Lou Yongqi and Prof. Yrjö Sotamaa of Finnish Aalto University briefed Sino-Finland Center and Tongji-Aalto Design Factory in Tongji University, and detailed cooperative original intention, project progress and long-term planning. Then Prof. Wu Zhiqiang, president assistant and dean of the Design and Creative school, introduced the “Shanghai International Design No.1 Spot” project.

The visiting day coincided with other 3 international seminars such as Sino-Finland Center Cumulus Summer School. The delegation met and exchanged ideas with the students participated in the seminars from China, Finland, Italy, Britain, Germany and other countries.
