Invited by President Zhao Wei, University of Macau, Vice President Chen Xiaolong Visited Macau during Dec.12th to 21st to attend the Ground-Breaking ceremony for the university's new Campus in Hengqin Island. President HU Jintao of the People’s Republic of China delivered a speech at the ceremony.

On 21st Dec, Vice President Chen Xiaolong attended the Cross-Strait University Summit held by the Macau Special Administration Region with the other 10 distinguished university presidents across the strait.
