On 21 Dec, a delegation led by Dr. Pham Van Quy, Vice President of Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology, visited Tongji University. Vice President Dong Qi met with the guests. Faculty members from School of Ocean and Earth Science and International Exchanges and Cooperation Office also attended.

Both sides introduced their research interests and Dr. Pham Van Quy hoped to establish cooperation with Tongji in the field of Ocean Science. An MOU was signed on the same day and Dong wished the cooperation a successful beginning and prosperous future.
