The meeting was hosted by Prof. Wang Guangtao, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of Environment and Resource Protection Committee. The board meeting nominated and approved new members of the board. Then the 2009 Annual Report and the Development Plan of 2010-2014 have been presented respectively by Prof. Wu Jiang and Prof. Li Fengting.
