On October 23rd, "Study in Germany - Presentation Day of German Universities" was held in Zonghe Building, Tongji University. Prof. Dong Qi, Vice President of Tongji University, Ms. Kristin Augsburg, Culture Consul of German Consulate General in Shanghai, and Ms. Sabine Porsche from DAAD attended the opening ceremony and delivered the welcome speech.

More than 20 German universities and institutions participated in the "Study in Germany - Presentation Day of German Universities", which was jointly organized by International Exchange and Cooperation Office, German Academic Center, Deutschkolleg of Tongji University and DAAD. Hundreds of students from Tongji and other universities came to the presentation for more information on study in Germany. The representative from DAAD, APS, TestDaF-Institut and Visa Office of the German Consulate General in Shanghai presented separately the information needed for students. Particularly, Deutschkolleg of Tongji University introduced German language and cross-cultural training programs, which are necessary for students before they go to study in Germany.
