This year was the 100th anniversary of the Erich Paulun’s death, who was the founder of Tongji German Medical College. On this occasion, a delegation of 18 teachers and students from Grosse Schule, the alma mater of Erich Paulun, visited Tongji University from October 15^thto 16^thupon the invitation of Tongji German Academic Center. The delegation was led by Grosse Schule’s president. The University Vice-President Dong Qi met with the guests and introduced the general situation of Tongji’s cooperation with German side, as well as Tongji Forum held in Berlin recently and photo exhibition of Paulun.

In addition to watching the photo exhibition of Paulun in the History Museum of Tongji University, the delegation visited the former site of Tongji Medical College in Shanghai. They also listened professional reports about China’s legal system and economic system, urban construction and cultural tradition organized by German Academic Center. On October 12^th, the delegation visited the First Affiliated Middle School of Tongji University.
