On September 13th, Tongji Sino-German College of Engineering held its fifth anniversary celebration and graduation commencement for students of Grade 2009. The University Vice-President Dong Qi, Prof. Hans W. Orth, General Coordinator of German projects, Mr. Kurt Fasser from German chambers of industry and commerce (DIHK) and Prof. Bernhard Schwarz, President of Esslingen University of Applied Sciences—a German partner school of Tongji University addressed at the ceremony.
Prof. Feng Xiao, Dean of Sino-German Engineering College presented the certificates and diplomas to the graduates.
As one activity of the celebration, German Lufthansa Technik sign cooperation agreement with Sino-German Engineering College. This corporation became a member ofBusiness Consultant Forumand will provide professional practice opportunitiesas well as help on thesis writing for the students of Sino-German Engineering College.
