Jiao Liuyang from Tongji Claimed Gold Medal on Rome World Aquatics Championships

Jiao Liuyang, a swimming athlete from Tongji University achieved complete success on Rome World Aquatics Championships after winning a silver medal on Beijing Olympics. She won a bronze medal in women’s100m butterfly, which was the first medal for China’s women swimming team in this event. She created her personal best in 4X100m medley race, and won the gold medal by setting a new world record. Besides, Jiao improved her performance in 200m butterfly and won the fifth prize.
