From July 12thto 25th, 23 middle school students delegation from Land Hessen, Germany attended summer school organized by Tongji University. These students attended experience class of Chinese language and have a general knowledge about Chinese culture through hand knitting, shadow boxing, and calligraphy classes. Prof. Li Lezeng of Tongji Germany Research Institute gave them a report titledGerman Characteristics in History of Tongji University.
During the summer class, these students went to No.2 Secondary School Attached to Tongji University and developed cross-cultural communication and interaction with Chinese students and exchanged American students there.
