On April 30th, the University Executive Vice-President Li Yongsheng met Prof. Homburg, Dean of University of Mannheim Business School and Dr. Krueger, principal of EMBA program.

Li introduced to the guests the general situation of Tongji University. He hoped to develop cooperation with University of Mannheim so as to upgrade the strength and reputation of Tongji Economics & Management College. This visiting was aimed at develop EMBA double degree program with Economics & Management College. After five-month’s communication, market research, project analysis and conception, this program entered establishment stage. Later, Lei Jiazhen, Dean of Economics & Management College, Lei Xinghui, Executive Vice-President of Graduate School and Prof. Wei Yi from Sino-German College exchanged ideas with Prof. Homburg on market positioning, program organization, curricular system, expenditure and other specific issues.
