Recently, German TÜV SÜD donated money to set up funded chair professor position of “creditability and security of the system of science and technology” in CDHK. Representatives of two parties signed relative agreements in the course of celebrating the 10thanniversaries of CDHK.

This funded chair professor position, which was set up in Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of CDHK, will accept applications for finishing 3-year master curriculum from 30 Chinese students acquiring Bachelor degree each year. Twelve or thirteen of them will have opportunities to finish their studies in German Technical University of Munich (TUM) and will obtain dual master degrees from two universities. Other students will obtain master degree from Tongji University after finishing 3-year study. Besides courses relevant to technology, German study has been specially emphasized in the arrangement of curriculum. Currently, the director of funded chair professor positions is being internationally employed.
