On October 13rd, Berlin's Technical University (TUB) awarded the title of an Honorary Doctor to Minister of Science and Technology, Professor Wan Gang, who was president of Tongji University. Professor Kutzler, President of TUB confered the certificate to Minister Wan Gang and delivered a speech. He highly praised Professor Wan Gang’s contribution to the exchange and cooperation on education and scientific research between China and Germanny, and said that TUB was also proud of this.
