On September 14th, School of Stomatology of Tongji University and School of Dentistry of Tokyo Medical and Dental University signed to be sister schools. Those who presented themselves at the signature ceremony and witnessed that moment were Zhou Jialun, director of University Affairs Commission, Qiu Weiliu, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and honorary professor of Tongji University, Prof. Kazuhiro Eto, chairman of Japan Stomatological Society and former director of School of Dentistry of Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Prof. Keiichi Ohya, director of School of Dentistry of Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Prof. Yamashita Yasuo from School of Dentistry, and representatives of teachers and students from School of Stomatology.
At the ceremony, Wang Zuolin, dean of School of Stomatology, and Secretary Keiichi Ohya co-signed the agreement of student exchanges and that of academic exchanges. The two parties will develop material exchange and cooperation of multi-levels and multi-orientations in the fields of clinic, teaching, scientific research and etc.
