In the course of the Beijing Olympic games, 20 fuel-cell cars in all came into test service, which are mainly developed by Tongji fuel-cell cars research and development team. Their good performance was highly praised by relevant parties and it was also an important show of our car team’s achievements in scientific research. At noon of August 24th, Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology Wan Gang, after the men’s marathon, sent to President Pei Gang an immediate thank-you note through the cell phone to thank Tongji University for its contribution.
What’s more, these 20 fuel-cell cars, after finishing their tasks at this summer Olympic Games, will continue to undertake important tasks at the Paralympic Games.
