On the morning of Aug. 8th, Vice-president Yang Dongyuan kindly met with Prof. Andreas Fischer, president of University of Zurich, Prof. Gerard Schmitt, vice-president of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Dr. Flavia Schlegel, director of Science center of Swiss Federal Government in China, Dr. Zuo Lan, deputy director and the five of them.
Yang Dongyuan made a brief review of the cooperation between our university and Swiss universities and expected, combining the present challenges in these two fields in China, to develop cooperation with the two universities in the fields of building protection and energy. The guests expressed their strong desires for cooperation.
Before, Science center of Swiss Federal Government in china was officially established on August 7thand Li Yonsheng, Administrative vice-president of our university, attended the opening cocktail party of the Center.
