On the afternoon of April 29th, Camfil Scholarship and Stipend Signing Ceremony and Camfil Recruitment Ceremony were held.
Representatives of the two parties exchanged ideas about the related issues at the meeting. The Director of Camfil Farr China Co. Ltd introduced the general situation of the corporation and expressed his desire to reinforce the cooperation between the two parties as well as encouragement to the excellent students in Tongji University. On behalf of College of Mechanical Engineering, the executive dean expressed warm welcome to the representatives and thanks for their subsidization and encouragement. He also affirmed the positive effect of the encouragement and hoped that Camfil would provide more opportunities to practice for our students. During the meeting, Camfil Scholarships of 2007-2008 were awarded and the agreement of future cooperation between the college and the corporation was signed. Besides scholarship, Camfil set stipend, professional technology cooperation and many other projects. Camfil also promised to hold aperiodic lectures for our students so as to reinforce the support for Tongji. Our students were encouraged to work in Camfil.
After the ceremony, Camfil held special recruitment talk and meeting at which students of grade 04 and 05 majoring in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering from College of Mechanical Engineering were present. They communicated with the professionals of Camfil about some related questions.
