On January 17^th, deputy secretary Jiang Fuming met Mr. Pfundt, the partner of German Oppenheim Bank, introduced the general situation of Tongji University to him and especially made mention of the scale and teaching situation of School of Economy and Management. Jiang stressed that Tongji University is open and maintains very close cooperation with Germany and other European Union member states and he also expected to establish relationship between Tongji University and Oppenheim Bank by Mr. Pfundt’s visit. Mr. Pfundt agreed and expressed that one aim of his visit is to establish a long-term cooperation so as to attract outstanding students to practice in the bank.
