The prizewinner list of the “President Scholarship of Tong Ji University” in year of 2006 was announced publicly. The award ceremony was held on Jan. 18th. Vice-president Prof. Li Yongsheng attended the meeting and proffered congratulations. The ceremony was hosted by President Assistant Dong Qi. Vice-president Prof. Li Yongsheng issued the certificates to overseas student winners.
The “President Scholarship of Tong Ji University” was established in year of 2006. In all, 25 students from 19 different countries, such as Mauritius, Malaysia, Guinea-Bissau, Nepal, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam Canada, Yemen, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Cameroon, etc, won the scholarship, among whom 17 are undergraduates, 6 are postgraduates and 2 are Ph. D pursuers.
