On October 12^th, Mr. Tu Jie, Tongji Alumnus and famous master of industrial arts, attended the signing ritual of presenting gifts for Tongi's 100^thAnniversary. Zhou Jialun, general secretary of Tongji Party Committee, and Zhao Jianfu, Tongji vice president, attended the signing ceremony.

Graduated from Tongji University, Mr. Tu Jie have studied and worked in London University and Boston Tufts University. He is now the famous master of industrial arts of China. To support the 100^thanniversary of the mother college, Mr. Tu Jie contribute in his own name fifteen art works of rosewood sculpture, 1000 art works of jade carvings. During the signing ceremony, Mr, Tu Jie felt very honored to do some contributions for Tongji's 100^thanniversary. Mr, Zhou Jialun extended appreciation to Mr, Tu Jie and hoped him to give more attention and guide to the gift work for the 100^thanniversary.
