Representative from French General Consulate in Shanghai conferred the Palm Knight Medal for Education to Prof. Zhang Wenhao, vice dean of China-France College of Engineering and Management, on the part of the French government. The awarding ceremony was held in the mansion of French General Consulate in Shanghai. Mr. Jiean-Marin Schuh, French general consul in Shanghai, Mr. Marc Lamy, consul of education, presented over the ceremony together. Eight other winners are from various colleges and organizations.

General Consul Jiean-Marin Schuh spoke highly of Ms. Zhang Wenjie’s efforts in promoting the cooperative project between Tongji and France Polytech – the establishment and development of China-France College of Engineering and Management, as well as in enhancing cooperation between China and France in high tech education.

Tongji president assistant Dong Qi attended the awarding ceremony and extended congratulations to Ms. Zhang Wenjie and China-France College.
