Third, a holistic approach should be taken to integrate both cooperation projects and overall cooperation goals to enhance and upgrade the partnership between Hongkou and Tongji.

Afterwards, CHEN Jie gave a brief introduction of Tongji University and proposed several new ideas on cooperation priorities and their possible content.
