Priority will be given to applications in which related work experience is included, or are recommended by senior professors or experts of relevant fields.

An expert panel review will be organized by Tongji University, judgement of which will bebased on the applicant's educational background, academic capability, research achievements,recommendations and related working experience. A shortlist will be reported to the State Oceanographic Administration of China and China Scholarship Council for authorization.

Results of the Scholarship will be released in July 2019. The Admission Letter and Visa Application Form (JW201) will be sent to the awardees afterwards.
